Ryan works with client in person at our South Granville offices, and Ginna is avialable remotely. These strategies aim to help you reframe negative thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate daily life.
Depression is often a longer term treatment process that requires deeper work with a counsellor to understand patterns of behavior, underlying issues, and long term planning for change. Often clients build a powerful and lasting relationship with their counsellor to help them manage symptoms through regular check ins.
