Ginna brings over 20 years of experience as a clinical counsellor, having worked in both hospital and community settings. She has provided individual, couples, and family therapy, including supporting children and youth. Ginna is highly skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based methods, incorporating techniques like breath work and meditation into her practice.
With extensive experience in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder, Ginna also supports clients dealing with serious mental illness, trauma, and addiction. Her approach is collaborative, inclusive, and sensitive to all genders, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds. She grounds her work in the principles of recovery, harm reduction, and social justice, fostering a safe and supportive environment for her clients.
