Ryan is an R.C.C and Certified Adlerian Counsellor, holding a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University. He has gained extensive experience working in diverse settings, including a men's recovery centre for addiction treatment, supporting individuals with mood disorders, and assisting vulnerable populations on the downtown east side. This breadth of experience allows him to approach each client with empathy and a deep understanding of varied challenges.
Ryan offers a safe, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. He believes that counselling is filled with transformative “ah-ha!” moments, where gaining insight into the origins of our psychology can bring relief and clarity. Building on this understanding, Ryan works collaboratively with clients to foster the courage needed for meaningful change.
Currently, Ryan has a waitlist but is available for 15-minute introductory calls.
